I have had several repairs needed on my car in the past with other auto service centers and have come away frustrated by the service. When I started using SG Auto I was very satisfied with the service. After having all my work done at this location over the past few years, I would not take my car to any other mechanic.

I've been taking my cars to Sergio for years. I can tell you many instances where he has provided top notch service above and beyond what is expected, but let me give you this one example. I had a check engine light come on, and noticed a burning smell coming out from under the hood. I took the car to the Ford dealer, and was told that I needed a new engine for my Excursion. Well, unfortunately was less than 200 miles out of warranty, and without an extra few thousand bucks laying around for a new engine. I took the SUV to Sergio, he thoroughly examined it, and told me that he thought a good tune-up and some minor things is all that was needed, and definitely NOT a new engine that Ford was trying to pitch to me. Well, after his repairs which costed me less than $400, my vehicle is still going strong almost 6 years later! He is an honest guy and knows his stuff.

SG always comes through for my husband and I! He has taken very good care and does great fast work on the cars!! Totally recommend him!

This placed is the best. I'm a single dad of a 10 year old and my car is an important part of my life. The engine went out on my car and I needed it fixed bad. Sergio and the crew took excellent care of me. They treated me with honesty and fair pricing and made it a priority to get me back on the road again. The customer service was awesome. I had no idea what was wrong with my car. I had Sergio take a look at it and told me everything that was wrong. He told me things that needed to be done ASAP to fixes that could have waited.
